The platform’s GPS delivery zone tool lets operators draw precise geographic rings around their kitchen and set a separate delivery charge per zone, protecting unit economics on longer routes without restricting the catchment area.

No Commission, No Contracts on Entry Plans, No Surprises

DirectDine charges a flat monthly subscription, not a percentage of revenue. Operators keep every penny of their order income beyond standard payment processor fees, which are settled directly between the operator and their chosen provider, DirectDine takes no cut and never touches card data.

All eight portals are available on every plan. Three tiers cover the range of operator scale: Solo for single-site independents, Growth for operators across up to three sites, and Group for larger chains and hotel groups requiring bespoke deployment, unlimited sites, and a dedicated account manager. Solo and Growth subscriptions run month-to-month with no minimum term.
